Our pack is a family pack, and is welcoming both boys and girls. Our 2024-25 program runs August 2024 through July 2025.
Note: Completing our 5th grade program (Arrow of Light) takes six months minimum participation. 5th graders interested in joining January 2025 or later may want to join a local troop instead. You can join March of your 5th grade year or any time after. See the bottom of this page for more information on our sibling Troops.
Be sure to keep up to date on pack communications by keeping your email and phone number current in Scoutbook and subscribe to our calendar. Here are highlights of upcoming events.

Let's go explore Hemlock Bluffs (city info, more info) with a hike along Beech Tree Cove Loop and some time exploring the Stevens Nature Center.
It's the end of summer, so let's get together one last time for summer fun while we welcome new families interested in scouts to visit our pack and find out more information.

Our scouts meet weekly for 1 hour in groups by grade-level and gender, except Kindergarteners meet approximately once a month. Additionally, once a month, all groups meet together. The groups are called dens and are labeled using animals for the younger dens and concepts for older dens.
Kindergarteners are Lions - Parent or guardian must join scout during meetings
1st Graders are Tigers - Parent or guardian must join scout during meetings
2nd Graders are Wolves
3rd Graders are Bears
4th Graders are Webelos (We'll be loyal scouts)
5th Graders are Arrow of Lights
Scouts should wear their uniform to each meeting when possible. Our pack requires shirt and neckerchief -- official pants, belt, hat, and socks are optional. See more information about uniforms and patch placement. Awards for K-3 are belt loops, so an official belt is handy for them if they like to wear awards.
Each den has a handbook containing information and adventures for the scouts to complete over the course of the program year. Using the cub scouting method, leaders and youth endeavor to build character, instill citizenship, and develop personal fitness. We go through a grade-level appropriate program with both required and optional units.
Monthly, the dens come together as a pack for a meeting to celebrate progress and interact across dens.
Every parent or guardian is encouraged to participate in the pack and den activities. Your skills are useful here! Talk to any leader or the Cubmaster for information on how you can help.
See our Resources page for more information.
